I love the delicious irony of someone saying that atheists are idiots while demonstrating their complete lack of understanding of the concept of evolution.

Then again, we’re talking about a guy who is on this 3rd marriage and wore a hi-top fade wig for years, but still feels justified in writing an advice book, so…you  know.

OK, car-owning Christians.  This is getting out of hand.  Not only does God have to worry about being your co-pilot, he has to provide you with an anti-theft device too? This was in the window of an SUV in Hollywood.  (I guess Jesus has no problem with gas guzzlers?)

Then there’s the problem on the other side — among the atheists such as Richard Dawkins who have been labelled “fanatics.” Now, it is absolutely true that Dawkins’ tone is often as charming as fingernails dragged slowly down a chalkboard. But just what is the core of Dawkins’ radical message?

Well, it goes something like this: If you claim that something is true, I will examine the evidence which supports your claim; if you have no evidence, I will not accept that what you say is true and I will think you a foolish and gullible person for believing it so.

That’s it. That’s the whole, crazy, fanatical package.

Kirk Cameron–yes, that Kirk Cameron–and Ray Comfort, author of God Doesn’t Believe in Atheists, will debate two atheists to be named later.

ABC has said that they will film the debate, which will take place on May 5 in New York City, and will stream it live on their website as well as use footage for their program Nightline. Martin Bashir, co-anchor of Nightline, will moderate the event.

Wouldn’t it be great if Horshack just happened to be an outspoken Atheist?
